About the Institute
Teach it once, teach it to everybody
The Wealth Building Institute exists for a simple reason: the lessons that change a family's finances shouldn't depend on whether that family can hire a private advisor. So we teach them the way a good teacher teaches anything — plainly, in order, and with the price on the door.
Our crest says it in Latin: Radix divitiarum est scientia — knowledge is the root of wealth. Not luck, not timing, not a cousin with a tip. Knowledge, applied steadily. Every course here is built on that one idea: licensing that turns into a career, bookkeeping that turns into control, real estate that starts on paper instead of with a mortgage.
The founder
Kinji Ridley
Kinji Ridley is an accountant and financial advisor who has spent his career on both sides of the desk — preparing the returns, building the plans, and sitting with families while the numbers got honest. He founded the Wealth Building Institute so the same instruction his clients get one at a time could reach whole classrooms at once.
He still runs the practice. That's the point: what gets taught here is what gets done there, this tax season, with real clients and real money.

The teaching standard
And the guide you'll see first: Khloe
Kinji authors the programs. Khloe fronts them. Every self-paced course at the Institute opens each lesson with a short explainer video led by Khloe, your study guide — she tells you what the lesson is really teaching, what students mix up, and what to do next.
It's the Institute's standard, on every course, so no student ever opens a lesson cold.
Knowledge first. Then the work.
That's the whole philosophy. Pick a program and put it to work.
